Palladium IT Advisors was founded in 2009 by Diane Smigel, a well-respected IT and professional services executive with over 30 years of experience serving the strategic technology and recruiting needs of early stage, mid-market and high growth enterprise clients.
Diane’s background includes executive roles in the financial services industry and several global consulting firms. Prior to launching Palladium, Diane was Vice President, Consulting Operations with MSS Technologies, Partner with Tatum LLC, (a well-respected national executive leadership firm), and Regional Vice President for Cambridge Technology Partners, a highly acclaimed software development and consulting firm that pioneered the fixed-price, fixed-time project delivery model. She also held senior executive roles in the Financial Services industry, and served as Vice President, Corporate Information Services, with John Hancock Financial Services in Boston MA.
Diane holds a BA in Mathematics cum laude, from Boston University and has attended executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Babson College. She is a member of the Arizona Technology Council, Society of Information Management, and the Alumnae Research Board, and serves as a Board Member of the AZ SIM Chapter, the Chandler Innovation Center, and the Executive Advisory Board of the WP Carey School at ASU.
